Add a scoop of rice to serve one as a meal.
- 1/4 c. olive oil and 1 TBSP. butter
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 8-10 or more good sized cloves of garlic, minced. You can never have too much.
- 1 T paprika
- a dozen large shrimp
- lemon wedges (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
Serve shrimp over rice, pour the remnants of garlic, oil or butter over the top.
