I love yogurt! I also love Key Lime Pie. However, what I don't love is gaining weight. I am currently making a habit of healthier eating. Secret to my success is exercise at least 3 times a week. Eating well balanced meals 5-6 times a day, drink plenty of water and stay away from refined sugars and fats!

LOL, I'm not too successful with losing weight, so I can't answer that question. I wish I could though. My guilty snacking pleasure would have to be anything chocolate. Love chocolate.

Eating a healthy snack between meals has helped me out instead of just eating the regular meals in a day. Like an apple, carrots, almonds, yogurt, or etc.

Korean Ramen is my guilty snacking pleasure, it's soooo good!
My weight loss sucess and diet secret is not to eat after 5 PM till next morning. It works well to me.

I know the contest is over, but I wanted to answer the questions anyway:-) My secret USED to be pilates 3x a week, and counting calories (1400/day). I have been really bad about doing it though. As for my snacking pleasure, oy, anything with coconut and chocolate!
