- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup shoyu (We love Aloha brand Soy Sauce!)
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
Add all ingredients to a crock pot cook on low 6-8 hrs or high 4-6 hours. They will be very tender.
Serve Aloha Crockpot Chicken over a scoop of Rice with a side of Macaroni Salad.
Healthier option: Serve with a baked sweet potato and green salad.
